HireNow Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations by safely transporting primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full DOT compliance. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while ensuring on-time deliveries and safe transportation practices. Transportation Operations Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules. Operate assigned over-the-road routes while complying with all DOT regulations. Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation. Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel. Follow company safety policies and transportation procedures. Maintain professionalism while representing the company. Freight Responsibilities Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight. Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer. Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions. Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks. Ensure cargo integrity throughout transportation. Deliver freight safely and efficiently while meeting customer expectations. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience. Safe driving history and commitment to DOT compliance. Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments. Strong communication and organizational skills. Stable employment history. U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous over-the-road driving experience. Experience hauling refrigerated freight. Experience operating automatic transmission tractors. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent defensive driving skills. Strong attention to detail and safety compliance. Ability to perform independently while maintaining high productivity.
