Job Description Job Description Overview: Tender Lawn Care is hiring snow shovelers, snow plow drivers, and salt truck operators for the upcoming winter season. Help keep parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks safe during snow events! What You’ll Do: Clear snow with plows, shovels, and snow blowers Spread salt and de-icing materials Work on-call (overnights, early mornings, weekends) What You’ll Need Reliable and able to work in all winter conditions Valid driver’s license Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform snow shoveling Perks Competitive pay + $3/hr snow shoveling bonus Overtime available during heavy storms Seasonal work with potential year-round opportunities Family-owned since 1949, Tender Lawn Care is proud to provide professional lawn care, landscaping, and snow plowing services in West Michigan.
