Registered Nurse, Weekends job at Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care. Blue Ash, OH. Quick Response Registered Nurses provide symptom relief and support with empathy, bravery, and skill. Our after-hours response team is a cohesive group of caregivers dedicated to delivering the crucial support and comfort needed during these vulnerable times. Being a Hospice nurse goes beyond administering medical care, it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Registered Nurse Weekends Qualifications: 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required. Hospice or Home Health experience preferred. Active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license. Current driver’s license and auto liability coverage. CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical. Registered Nurse Weekends Schedules & Benefits: Available Schedules: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am - 8:30 pm (every other weekend).
