Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Operator with a valid CDL to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery and equipment. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and equipment status. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
