If you’re responsible, efficient, committed to doing things the right way, and personable—and you know your FMCSA regulations inside and out—you might be the right fit for us. *What You’ll Do* * Safely transport structural and miscellaneous steel loads to job sites using a variety of equipment, including *flatbeds, drop-decks, gooseneck trailers, and a straight truck* * Secure loads properly and ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and complete * Plan routes and delivery schedules efficiently, balancing safety with timeliness and maintaining solid communication with the shipping coordinator * Represent DBI professionally while coordinating with jobsite personnel during deliveries * Maintain accurate logs and documentation in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service requirements * Assist with loading/unloading as needed, prioritize safety, maintain a clean vehicle, and follow all DOT and company protocols *What We’re Looking For* * Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record * 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred * Familiar with GPS/routing systems and DOT/FMCSA regulations * Strong time management, route planning, and communication skills * Positive, go-getter attitude; able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently * Respectful, focused, detail-oriented, and safety-minded * Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test *What We Offer* * Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 * Rare overnight trips—most deliveries are same-day and scheduled in the morning * Consistent work schedule with minimal weekend requirements * Solid benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement * A collaborative team environment that values your input and experience *Ready to drive with us?* Apply today and help us deliver quality from the shop to the site—with safety, pride, and professionalism.
