Job Description Position Details: 100% no touch! Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire. If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork. Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months Equipment Info: Drivers will leave tractor at the yard during time off. Drivers will slip seat on this position. No smoking inside the truck. PTO & Holiday Pay: PTO Accrual starts on the first day of employment . Drivers get 18 paid days off (12 PTO days and 6 holidays) After 1st year - 5 years, drivers get 22 paid days off (16 PTO days 6 holidays) 6 - 13 years, drivers get 27 paid days off (21 PTO days 6 holidays) 14 - 18 years, drivers get 30 days (24 PTO days 6 holidays) 19+ years, drivers get 32 days (26 PTO days 6 holidays)
