Job Info Job Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Route Type: Local Type of Assignment: Flex Transmission Type: Automatic Job Requirements Experience: 2+ years Handling: No-touch freight Additional Information CDL B Flatbed Driver - $24/hr + Benefits - Cincinnati, Ohio About the Position We are seeking a CDL B Flatbed Driver for a small family-owned lumber company that has been in business for over 100 years. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours. The role is local, with drivers typically staying within a one-hour radius and returning home daily. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $24 per hour + OT after 40 hrs Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st shift (typically 7 AM to 3:30 PM) Job Details Route Type: Local Delivery Freight: Lumber, pallets, and crates Equipment: Flatbed straight trucks (automatics) Handling: Strapping and occasional tarping (rare) No touch freight Key Responsibilities Transport lumber and related materials to designated locations Ensure safe and timely delivery Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies Minimum Requirements Valid CDL B 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Must be at least 21 years old 6 months flatbed experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Referral Program Why Work With TransForce At TransForce, drivers come first.
