The Schedule & Route We operate on predictable, highly structured regional shifts designed to give you maximum home time while ensuring consistent, high-yield hours: Guaranteed 46 hours per week: Overtime kicks in after 40 hours. No seasonal slowdowns, no guessing what your paycheck will look like. Weekly Commitment: Averaging 3.5 shifts per week (minimum 46 hours guaranteed). To join our elite driving team, you must meet the following: Age: Must be at least 21 years old. License: Active, valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a strong DAC report (no current CDL suspensions or revocations). Screenings: Must successfully pass a DOT Physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and apps for navigation, dispatch, and hours tracking (e.g., GPS, ELD, Amazon Relay).
