This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Pay & Schedule Details Pay: Activity Based Pay - Up to $100k a year Equivalent Mileage Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile Weekly miles: 2000 - 3000 Average Daily Pay: $216/day (includes PTO, training & qualifying events) Hours per week: 40 Job Details Route Type: Regional & OTR, delivering to WA, AZ, and TX Freight / Load Type: Groceries Equipment: Sleeper units pulling Reefer Trailers Home weekly - out an average of 5 days, and home for 2 Key Responsibilities Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently Deliver freight in a timely manner Maintain accurate logs and records Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations Minimum Requirements License: CDL A Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Referral program Why Work With TransForce?
