Schedule & Home Time 2–3 weeks out, 2–3 days home per tour Some fleets offer set run tours for more predictable home time Freight & Equipment No-touch freight — primarily refrigerated Freightliner trucks, 3 years or newer Automatic transmission | 53' trailers Compensation Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) pay Safe & On-Time Bonus Requirements Valid CDL-A license Minimum 3 months CDL-A driving experience required Must be based within required distance of hiring location per carrier requirement
