Job Info Job Location: Edgewood, Maryland Route Type: Local Type of Assignment: Temp to Hire Transmission Type: Automatic Job Requirements Experience: 1+ year Handling: Light Touch Additional Information CDL A or B Driver - Flatbed w/ Moffett - $281 Per Day Location: Edgewood, MD About the Position TransForce is seeking a CDL A or B Driver to support Local operations based in Edgewood, MD. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Pay & Schedule Details Schedule: 5am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday, Home Daily Pay: $281 per day ($1,590 - $1,690 weekly) Job Details Route Type: Local Freight / Load Type: Flatbed Equipment: Moffett Handling: Light Touch Key Responsibilities Safely operate Flatbed with Moffett on Local routes Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards Perform required handling tasks including unloading with a Moffett at customers' homes Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a Moffett and putting the straps and equipment away Minimum Requirements License: CDL A / CDL B Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Endorsements: None Equipment Experience: Flatbed / Moffett Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Referral program Why Work With TransForce?
