Pay & Schedule Details Average pay range is $75,000 - $80,000 annually Full-time, year-round position Schedule varies based on dispatch and route assignments Flexibility required to meet delivery timelines and operational needs Hours worked in compliance with DOT regulations Job Details Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) Heavy Haul Freight: Oversized tanks and industrial equipment for the propane, ammonia, and industrial gas industries Coverage: Nationwide routes with potential overnight travel and layovers Responsibilities: Proper load securement and routine load inspections required Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial equipment and transport heavy haul freight Secure loads and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections Maintain DOT compliance and follow all safety procedures Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations staff Ensure timely and accurate deliveries Minimum Requirements 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Must be 27 years of age or older Valid CDL with a clean driving record Heavy haul experience preferred Experience securing oversized or specialized loads Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic Ability to perform physical duties related to load securement and inspections Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life, Critical Illness, and Accidental Insurance Simple IRA with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Why Work With TransForce Apply now or call Paige today! x612
