This position offers a pay rate of $28 per hour for 1st shift. Manual transmission and flatbed experience is required. Pay & Schedule Pay: $28 per hour Home daily with local and regional routes Optional overnight runs available Job Details Route Type: Local Delivery Freight: Flat aluminum stock, occasionally coils Equipment: Flatbed and Conestoga trailers Handling: Driver must strap or chain (no tarp) Local runs approximately 150 miles Key Responsibilities Operate 2026 Kenworth 10-speed trucks Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods Maintain a clean motor vehicle record Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations Minimum Requirements 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience Valid Class A CDL Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Must be at least 21 years old Ability to operate flatbed and Conestoga equipment, and a manual transmission Additional Earning Opportunities: Earn an additional $40 per week through our Attendance Bonus Program Receive a $50 weekly canteen allowance for meals, drinks, snacks, and convenience items Monthly Gainsharing Program with opportunities to earn additional compensation based on specific operating metrics Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match up to 5% 15 days PTO annually 7 paid holidays
