This regional lane runs east of I-35, stays away from NYC entirely, and gives you a real schedule to plan your life around: 12 days on the road, then 2 full days home. What the route looks like: 2,200 to 2,800 miles weekly 100% no-touch dry van, mostly drop and hook (about 70%), rest is live unload 12 days on the road, 2 full days home 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth, automatic transmission, APU included Dedicated truck assignment, some units qualify for take-home What it pays: $0.50 to $0.65 per mile $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross Top-performing drivers averaging $1,750 or more per week If you're just starting out: Paid one-on-one OTR mentorship, 4 to 6 weeks Weekly guaranteed pay through the entire training period, full solo pay once you upgrade Extras: $300 orientation bonus, with travel and lodging handled for you Pets and riders welcome starting day one Vacation time starts accruing immediately Once you've been on 30 days, benefits kick in: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Employee stock options Who qualifies: Valid Class A CDL, no OTR restrictions, active DOT medical card 21 years of age or older 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or 120 hours from an approved CDL training academy A driving record free of major violations or accidents, a background check with no red flags, and a passed pre-employment drug screen Ready to run a schedule that actually holds up week to week?
