We offer a seamless, real-time interface for all stakeholders, ensuring safe and efficient transport with increased visibility and personalized care Responsibilities Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety Requirements For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus Certificate (DL45) For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age: 21 years Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified) Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily Competitive pay Guaranteed Daily Hours (hours vary by location-ask your recruiter for details) Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits Training provided for non-certified drivers Summers and holidays off Opportunity for additional hours through field trips and activities Join ZÅ«m to make a difference in students' lives while enjoying a rewarding career!
